We used Jim to replace a 22 year old retractable screen in our French doors. He was on time, honest & reliable. He sold us a new retractable screen that fit beautifully & slides a hundred times better than the one we replaced. And it closes much more firmly. Highly recommend!

When I initially purchased the Awnings, the job was done very quickly and efficiently have been pleased with the awning for four years now and when I had an issue with the awning, not responding to the remote after contacting the company, someone responded to me immediately and I was able to fix the issue without them even to come out great service

We are so pleased with our retractable awning. The quality and design meet are needs. The owner, Jim Jenkins sent out a knowledgeable sales team that was very professional. The sales team listened to my concerns and needs, ultimately supporting us with the correct awning for our home. The sales team also kept us informed about when the product arrived and when the installation would occur. This installation team arrived on time and was respectful towards my personal property as my patio is small with several pieces of furniture they needed to work around. Mark the installer kept us informed about how this awning was being installed so when he left we understood every aspect of operating and enjoying the ambiance of are retractable awning . Mark was also very patient in answering every question I had. I definitely would recommend this company.
