The Sunsetter awning that we had installed on our back patio is a game changer and easy to use. In addition to the shade it provides, the awning keeps the indoor space of our house much cooler. The install went very smooth and fast, the awning came in sooner than expected and project was completed ahead of schedule. Very professional and knowledgeable team to work with. We used Jim to replace a 22 year old retractable screen in our French doors. He was on time, honest & reliable. He sold us a new retractable screen that fit beautifully & slides a hundred times better than the one we replaced. And it closes much more firmly. Highly recommend!

When I initially purchased the Awnings, the job was done very quickly and efficiently have been pleased with the awning for four years now and when I had an issue with the awning, not responding to the remote after contacting the company, someone responded to me immediately and I was able to fix the issue without them even to come out great service

We are so pleased with our retractable awning. The quality and design meet are needs. The owner, Jim Jenkins sent out a knowledgeable sales team that was very professional. The sales team listened to my concerns and needs, ultimately supporting us with the correct awning for our home. The sales team also kept us informed about when the product arrived and when the installation would occur. This installation team arrived on time and was respectful towards my personal property as my patio is small with several pieces of furniture they needed to work around. Mark the installer kept us informed about how this awning was being installed so when he left we understood every aspect of operating and enjoying the ambiance of are retractable awning . Mark was also very patient in answering every question I had. I definitely would recommend this company.

From the first phone call to the last, it was a pleasure to do business with this company. The meeting in our home to explain their product was informative. They provided a detailed booklet as well as metal and fabric samples we could hold and feel. These materials are of the highest, sturdy quality. Installation was quick, clean and efficient. We love finally being able to sit on our deck any time of day, shielded from the hot sun. We are completely satisfied with our awning. Our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner.

I did not know how much the shade from my east side tree gave our house until three had to be removed. After that, the sun poured through the picture windows. Great in winter, but BAD in summer! My solution - SunSetter retractable shades for the picture windows. A kind and respectful technician came out and explained all options, we settled on the shades (instead of the awnings), he took accurate measurements, and explained that they would be custom built to fit our windows. When they arrived, I was notified that they could install them within a couple of days (open appointment), the technician came out, had them installed within about an hour, and we couldn’t be happier. The “heat” difference (before and after) was phenomenal. I am considering having yet another window serviced with the same treatment. Outstanding service AND follow-up!!!
